Radio Wānaka Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Open to NZ residents who can collect prizes in person.

• One winner per household unless stated otherwise.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Prize Collection

• All prizes must be picked up from Radio Wānaka or the nominated local business.

• No posting, couriering or digital transfer unless specifically arranged.

• If a prize is not collected by the stated deadline, it will be forfeited and redrawn.

• Photo ID may be requested at collection.

Food and Time-Sensitive Prizes

• Some prizes include fresh food items, vouchers with expiry dates or timed event entries.

• Winners must collect and use prizes within the valid period provided at the time of winning.

• If the prize expires due to delays in collection, it cannot be replaced.

Social Media and Online Competitions

• Winners announced on air, online, or via direct message must still collect their prize in person.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, a redraw may occur.

• By entering, you agree that your name may be used for winner announcements on air and online.

General

• Radio Wānaka and associated sponsors are not responsible for lost, damaged or expired prizes once collected.

• Staff and immediate family of Radio Wānaka are not eligible unless stated.

• Entry into any giveaway confirms acceptance of these terms.

Fair Play

• Any attempt to tamper with entries or act outside the intended spirit of the giveaway may result in disqualification.
