Roofing Hub is getting bigger and busier and they are looking for an HR specialist to be their Head of Talent and Team Culture.
This position involves growing and maintaining their fantastic team. That special person to join them should have:

- experience and sound knowledge of New Zealand specific employment legislation
- understanding of core HR processes covering
- Performance management
- Recruitment
- Employee record maintenance
