Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka offer the following position:
The Trade Sales Support position is a key role with the primary purpose to provide support to the Trade Rep(s).
Duties include:
- Fielding incoming sales calls;
- Using the operating system to create packing slips for timber yard /trade staff;
- Processing orders;
- Co-ordinating and follow-through on all quotes;
- Plans to estimator and quotation presentation packs;
- Product descriptions and price updates;
- Organizing all customer indent stock/special orders and their charge-out;
- Reconciling and tracking key customer accounts;
Skills & Experience:
- Must have knowledge of hardware, building materials and timber knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
