This week on our Business Spotlight segment, we sat down with Ange Nichol, the creative mind behind Ange Nichol Stylist. Ange is passionate about more than just fashion – her mission is to empower women in Wānaka and beyond by helping them discover confidence through style.
After years of working in fashion and design, Ange realised that many women feel unsure about how to dress for their body, lifestyle, or even just for themselves. That’s what sparked her journey into personal styling – to show women that style isn’t about chasing trends, it’s about feeling good in your own skin.
“It’s not about telling someone what to wear,” Ange shared on the show.
“It’s about helping women feel confident, powerful, and comfortable – whether that’s for work, a night out, or just the day-to-day.”
Through her new business, Ange offers one-on-one styling sessions, wardrobe edits, and shopping support tailored to each client. Her focus is on creating authentic, confidence-boosting looks that reflect who women truly are – not who they think they “should” be.
