🎿 Merino Muster 2026

Experience one of New Zealand's most iconic cross-country skiing events as the Merino Muster returns to the stunning Pisa Range this winter.

Inspired by the high-country merino sheep muster, the event offers something for every ability, from seasoned competitors to first-time skiers.

Choose from the challenging 42km Merino Muster, the 21km Snow Rake, or the family-friendly 5km Straggle Muster, which is perfect for beginners and young skiers looking to experience the event atmosphere.

Teams are also encouraged, making it a great day out for families, schools, clubs, and groups of friends.

Set against spectacular alpine scenery, every participant who crosses the finish line receives a medal, making this a true bucket-list event for snow lovers.

🧁 Red Nose Day Charity Bake Sale

Treat yourself to something delicious while supporting a great cause.

Snap Fitness Wānaka is hosting a Red Nose Day Bake Sale to raise money for Cure Kids. There'll be plenty of homemade baking available from 9am until 1pm, or until sold out.

If you'd like to contribute, baked goods can be dropped off at the club on Thursday 30 July or before the sale begins on Friday morning.
